Don't judge an October apple in June.
Change is always hard to take root, but it can grow 10 times faster in the soil of encouragement than in the hard, rocky soil of criticism.
The land you are entering to take possession of is not like the land of Egypt, from which you have come, where you sowed your seed and irrigated it, like a vegetable garden. But the land that you are going over to possess is a land of hills and valleys, which drinks water by the rain from heaven, a land that the Lord your God cares for. The eyes of the Lord are always upon it, from the beginning of the year to the end. Deut. 11:10-12
The wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere. And a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. James 3:17-18
